9.01.2006

i've been knitting...a little.

i worked on xmas gift #3 on tuesday...

and then xmas gift #2 on wednesday...

but...my wrist was (is?) sort of jacked, so i took yesterday and today off from knitting. no fun. i'm probably going to take most of tomorrow off, too, and then start on my butterfly in the afternoon or evening.

Comments:
I am sorry to hear that your wrist is bothering you still. My sister (the massage therapist) gave me a bunch of stretching exercises to do to help prevent some of the wrist problems I was getting. For after they had started though, she showed me this neat trick where you actually hold down the insertions in your arm near the elbow while flexing your wrist. It sounds sort of weird, but I found it has helped.
