for future reference, morons:

adobe (as in acrobat, photoshop, illustrator, etc.) IS NOT pronounced uh-dobe.

joules (as in the measure of energy) IS NOT pronounced the same way as jowls.

it IS NOT acceptable to say "isp service provider".
